Of course you're familiar with waxing as a method of removing unwanted hair, but our waxing techniques are somewhat special. For one thing, we're scrupulous about hygiene, so you can rest assured that we NEVER double-dip! And if you've waxed before but have been put off by the "ouch" factor, try our process. Our "no-scream cream" ensures minimal discomfort.

First our aesthetician applies warm, liquid wax to the area to be treated. The wax is allowed to solidify for a few minutes. When the wax is removed, unwanted hair comes with it, leaving smooth, sleek skin. Unlike shaving and depilatory creams, waxing removes hair from the root, so regrowth is much slower.

You can expect a gentle, completely hygienic experience. Note that you only need to expose the area(s) that you need waxed, and that our aestheticians are trained to make this a completely comfortable experience. First we apply an analgesic cream to desensitize the area. Then we apply sterile liquid wax, let it solidify, and remove it quickly.

Because waxing removes hair below the skin line, results last much longer than shaving. You'll find that you have fewer "bumps" than you may with depilatory creams or razors, and your skin will be soft and smooth. Results last from three to six weeks.
